Global Opportunities for Business & Trade Development at the USAfrica Business Expo during UNGA75 in New York
We are pleased to announce The USAfrica Business Expo which will hold during the 75th session of the UN General Assembly, from September 18 to September 22 in New York City.
In collaboration with relevant U.S and African agencies, this event is hosted by the USAfrica Trade and Business Network, Inc., a New York state incorporated nonprofit organization working to boost trade and investment between the United States and Africa. We help businesses navigate and expand into international markets through the development of trade policies, negotiating market access, hosting of trade shows, trade missions, and B2B Networking events.
Created to provide marketplace platform for businesses targeting Africans in the Diaspora and in Africa, this expo is the only B2B Trade show, conference and networking event taking place during the United Nations General Assembly.
Developing US-Africa Economic Ties
For over six years, we have hosted multiple events at the UN towards connecting organizations and businesses with new buyers, suppliers, and investment opportunities. Many of the connections made at this has led to long-term relationships and strategic partnerships.
The USAfrica Business Expo, therefore, has been created as an effective platform to help African businesses find US markets for its export ready products through the maximization of US trade policies such as AGOA and Prosper Africa while also helping fulfill the UNβs SDG 17 Trade Goal. This Expo brings the opportunities in Africa and the U.S together β enabling any business to find the people, funding, and market it needs to be successful.
Drawn across the private and public sectors, participants include Governmental agencies/Parastatals, Entrepreneurs, investors, business, political and diplomatic leaders from 54 African countries attending the UNGA. With the 2020 theme βExploring Bilateral Relationship for Global Business Sustainabilityβ, this Expo offers new connections, partnerships, immeasurable brand exposure, on-the-spot deals and support measures which shall enhance the investment climate in Sierra Leone.

International Attendees
Registration fee is $1,000 per participant and it covers: Workshop Materials, Tea/ Coffee Break, and Lunch. Should any applicant be unable to secure a US Visa in time for this program, 80% of all payments made will be refunded. Visa Processing
Registered participants who require travel visas for this purpose shall be assisted with letters of invitation, endorsements and other supporting documents. All visa applications can be applied for at the US Embassy in the country of domicile.
